The recruited staff undergoes training in their respective areas under the supervision of superiors. Each one has a trial period for learning and adaptation, during which they are taught all the processes and responsibilities they must follow and fulfill.

Area supervisors closely monitor this training period to make corrections and provide clarifications as needed.
